Because we are a family owned and operated seasonal business in a remote location, we count on your ability to fulfill your reservation. Our cancellation policy is clearly detailed on our website and in all confirmation emails. We understand the importance of your vacation and want to do everything possible to make sure it is a great one. Unexpected things may come up that prevent you from your vacation, from illness to forest fires. Twin Lakes Resort recommends that all of our guests purchase some type of trip insurance to make sure you are protected against unforeseen events.
Covid-19 Cancellation Policy Update
We understand that many guests would like to still try and visit but are unsure if they will be able to make a definitive call 30 days out given the fast changing environment we now live in. Therefore, we have introduced a temporary change to our cancellation policy for added flexibility for our guests. Previously guests who cancel within 30 days of their check in date would forfeit their 50% deposit. Now, guests who cancel between 5 and 30 days of their check in date will receive a voucher in the amount of their whole deposit to be used towards a future stay. Cancelling with less than 5 days’ notice will still result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
